- Agregar los porotos pisados a la olla con los vegetales y condimentar. Yo use sal rosada, pimienta, comino, nuez moscada y una pizca de ají picante. Revolver bien.
- Poner sobre una fuente la mezcla de porotos y vegetales y encima el puré de papas. Decorar con rawmesan.
