- Vaciar el zapallo retirando semillas y ollejos y lavar bien, afinar con una cuchara las paredes.

- Mientras lo llevas a terminar de cocinar y gratine, preparamos la ensalada.

- Para la ENSALADA de LEGUMBRES: una vez cocidas las legumbres las ponemos en un bol y la condimentamos con vinagreta de salsa de soja, limón y aceite de oliva, y servimos junto al zapallo, en el mismo instante de terminar de cocinar el zapallo podes darle un golpe de horno a la semillas de zapallo para decorar.
